The IPA has recently awarded us a CPD Gold Standard for our commitment and approach to training for the 5th year running. This is not a surprise when you consider that last year we delivered an average of 21 hours per person. We have an in-house trainer for group training and mentoring and we regularly participate in external industry training courses.
We also offer more innovative development opportunities such as The International Exchange (TIE): Each year we send someone to a developing market for a month to work with a small NGO and local agency to develop a campaign for a charitable cause. And this year one of our Planners, Lorna, went to Malawi to work with a charity called GreenRoot Finance.

We’re on the lookout for the talent of tomorrow. Our 2014 Account Management Work Experience scheme saw eight candidates spend two weeks with us over the course of the summer, getting first-hand experience of adland and being mentored by one of our shining star Account Managers. Applications for work experience will open again later in 2015.
Leo Love is our volunteering programme and it′s all about giving a little bit of help to people who would really benefit from it. Over 50 of our people helped in local projects last year, ranging from helping to make costumes for the Notting Hill Carnival to Business Enterprise Days in schools.
All our hard work earned us the award for 'Best Contribution for Employee Volunteering' in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Whilst we're not a big carbon producer, we believe in doing our bit to keep track of, and reduce, our carbon footprint. Our mantra: 'consume less' led us to put in place a set of core actions to get measures in place to track our carbon footprint and our improvement in reducing it.
Last year our efforts in environmental management gained us the internationally recognised carbon measurement accreditation ISO 14001.
