Helping the Co-op rediscover their mission to serve, motivate and reward customers and members
Co-op has distinctive core values as a brand of mutuality and reciprocity. These had become less apparent to their customers, so our task was to re-focus communications around the core values of community and ethically led retailing; delivering growth ahead of the market for two years running and making Co-op the most frequently visited supermarket in the UK.
We are now re-launching the brand, showing the nation that the Co-operative, whilst an old organisation, is a truly modern way to do business. #TheCo-opWay is a communications platform that will build all areas of the business from Food to Electricals to Funeral Care, and is set to help the Co-op rediscover their mission to serve, motivate and reward their members.
