We believe in the power of a strong culture that puts people and creativity at the heart of everything we do. Our guiding principles are simple: be open, be generous, be curious. We pride ourselves on a genuinely friendly and informal style where everyone’s invited.
The happiest people and most exciting places are also the most creative in our industry, and Leo Burnett has both of these, alongside a real passion for great ideas. Together, this makes it an outstanding agency for people to ply their craft.
Leo Burnett London has won a lot of awards – we regularly sit at the top of the tables for creative awards both in the UK and globally. We are a truly integrated creative agency and strongly believe that a great idea can live anywhere.

We’re actively involved in VivaWomen! and the LGBT movement Égalité, which both encourage and celebrate diversity and inclusion. We also support industry-wide initiatives such as Unstereotype Alliance, Free the Work, WACL and Bloom.
Internally, we’ve formed the Anti-Racism Collective, a series of initiatives designed to help stamp out systemic racism in the advertising industry through systemic changes to our processes and policies to advance racial equality and promote anti-racism.
Our casting policy also actively promotes diverse talent and moves away from negative stereotypes and our ‘Diversify the Deck’ initiative ensures our creative stimulus is diverse right from concept stage through to execution.
We’ve implemented a new wellness strategy that aims to do exactly what it says on the tin, as we strongly believe that our physical and mental health matters.
During lockdown we’ve been creating ‘Little lifts’ for our people, including care packages that have been posted out to help brighten up their days.
Everyone in the agency has been an assigned a well-being mentor, to regularly check in on their physical and mental health. We run free weekly (virtual) yoga sessions and offer free headspace subscriptions too.
We’ve also launched a new training programme by our people for our people, which we like to call ‘Leo’s Learns’.
We’ve been staying connected to one another via LeoOOO – an interactive map enabling people to see where everyone in the agency working from, figure out who lives nearby and arrange to meet up for work or play.
Leo Love is our volunteering programme and it′s all about giving a little bit of help to people who would really benefit from it. Over 50 of our people helped in local projects last year, ranging from helping to make costumes for the Notting Hill Carnival to Business Enterprise Days in schools.
All our hard work earned us the award for ‘Best Contribution for Employee Volunteering’ in Hammersmith & Fulham.
